Job Brief
- Report to the Global Head of Content
- Oversees portfolio of Social Video Channels (e.g. YouTube, Facebook, TikTok)
- Develop and execute audience & revenue growth tactics
- Manage team responsible for execution of content & channel strategies
- Project Manage and QC cross platforming, dubbing and content re-purposing
- Lead audience & content best practices, updates, and resolution of technical issues
- Contribute to development and project management of new content initiatives
- Support content or creator acquisition with research, analysis and feedback
- Track and analyse direct portfolio competitors across platforms
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience
- Proven ability to manage a remote team and collaborate with key stakeholders
- Experience in startups or small teams
- Expertise in monetised Social Video Strategies, Publishing & Reporting
- Excellent track record with social video platforms (e.g. YouTube, Facebook, TikTok)
- Strong interest in the Creator Economy and film and television content
- Multi-lingual skills are a plus
