Job Brief

· Work directly with the CEO to align all departments on business goals

· Follow up tasks with department heads and individual contributors and unblock them

· Conduct and support others in creating robust excel analyses

· Make sure all reports be presented to the CEO meet a certain quality

· Oversee key projects and prepare progress reports

· Proactively address challenges that may impact the company’s efficiency or ability to meet objectives

Required Qualifications

· Minimum 5+ years, ideally 10 years of relevant work experience

· M&A or Management Consulting experience is a must

· Entrepreneurship or Creator Economy experience is a huge plus

Indispensable Skills to be Successful:

· High Agency Person (i.e. always finds a way/solution to “Get it Done”, creative, resilient)

· Project management & orchestration skills

· Able to take criticism well and use feedback to become better

· Very hardworking

· Native / Fluent in English

· Ideally based in Europe; and in any case similar time zone 

· No restriction for frequent travelling

· Fluent in English
